For lawyer review: This is a starting draft based on what the product actually does. A German lawyer should rewrite for German consumer law (§§ 305 ff. BGB) and check enforceability of each clause. 1. The service

Axon is a planning tool. You answer some questions about yourself; Axon suggests an archetypal allocation; you adjust it freely in a builder; you save it; you can download it as a PDF. We provide signal aggregation and a synthesis layer over six data sources.

Axon is not a regulated investment adviser, broker, or asset manager. Anything Axon outputs is educational and illustrative. Nothing on the site is personalised investment advice within the meaning of MiFID II or the Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz.

2. Your account

You need an account to save plans, download reports, or use imports. Accounts are personal and not transferable. Don't share your password. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for spam, abuse, or anything that could harm other users.

3. Tiers and limits

Guest: no account — local-only plan building, no saves, no imports.
Member (free): up to 2 active plans, 1 import + 1 retry + 1 post-delete bonus, manual entry unlimited.
Strategy (paid): up to 6 plans, unmetered imports, advanced synthesis on Opus, alerts.
Ultimate (paid): unlimited plans, scheduled analysis, everything.

Limits exist because Axon's AI calls cost real money and the project is funded out of pocket. The paid tiers offset our costs and unlock the capacity-hungry features.

4. Payments

Paid tiers are billed monthly via [Stripe — once integrated]. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account page; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. EU consumer right-of-withdrawal applies per §312g BGB.

5. What Axon doesn't do

We never execute trades on your behalf. Every recommendation links to your broker.
We never have your broker credentials. We never ask for them.
We never take affiliate kickbacks. Our suggestions aren't shaped by who pays us.
We never claim our analysis beats the market. The honest goal is helping you build a portfolio you can defend and won't panic-sell.

6. Your responsibility

Investing involves risk of loss. You can lose money — sometimes a lot of money — including the entire amount invested. You alone decide what to actually buy or sell. You alone are responsible for those decisions and any losses or taxes that flow from them.

7. Intellectual property

Axon's code, design, and the courseware are owned by Gereon Viktor Seifert. Your data (your plans, your positions, your profile answers) is yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and process it to provide the service. Revoking that licence requires deleting your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by German law: Axon's liability is limited to direct damages arising from intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for investment outcomes, market events, third-party services (broker downtime, your broker's errors), or losses flowing from your decisions made in reliance on Axon's outputs.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where German law disallows such a limit (e.g. for injury to life, body, or health, or under the Produkthaftungsgesetz).

9. Changes

Material changes to these terms get 14 days' notice via email before they take effect. Continued use after the notice period means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence are unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is [Bonn or your registered seat].
